An excerpt from Part 2 – Separation of ‘Dearest and Most Precious: A Love Journal’ and a track on the Ciba & Rhythm on 22^nd cd – this was written when I was in the Czech Republic missing my honey as was all of Part 2.  This was the first lyric I ever wrote after my cousin, Ciba, asked me to write some English lyrics for him.  He wrote the music and recorded it on the Rhythm on 22^nd cd.  Of the 12 tracks on the cd, 8 have my lyrics (one was a collaboration).

Day 41

 I miss you my baby

I miss the way you feel

I miss the way you talk

And I’m willing to deal

It still amazes me that you want me so.

I can feel your desire so strongly - I can almost touch it and

it envelops me - taking me on a journey that

I am destined to take.

I go willingly, eager to share and explore

the pleasures that await.

I wish to express my love for you in any way that

presents itself.

We joined where time and space doesn’t exist, and

when we connect on that level here,

the joy it gives me is indescribable.

Mere words cannot begin to touch on how I feel.

I would need a visual and a melody that

I barely remember in the forgetfulness of this existence.

Day 15

I am lonely for:

Your eyes – sometimes you look at me with such love

Your voice – sometimes I hear such gentleness

Your lips – sometimes you kiss me with such affection

Your hands – sometimes your caresses are so tender

We tend to focus on the passion and the intensity but these other  

moments are as important and I miss them just as much.

Day 16

This experience of being without you is not easy.

Day 17

I lie here and I cry – I miss you so much.

This time without you – no contact – hurts.

I want to join with you in any way that I can

but I am so far away.

Day 18

I need you. I ache for you.

Without you I am lost.

My soul wanders through a maze of experiences

only half aware of the richness and beauty

that surrounds it.
